Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join their team. As the Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support their mission of ensuring safety and security in various industries.

OVERVIEW OF THE RECRUITER ROLE:
- The Recruiter will screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- The Recruiter will continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to enhance the new employee experience and promote retention.
- The Recruiter will serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE RECRUITER ROLE:
- At least 2-4 years of experience of recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel with this position.
