Recruiter

We're hiring an internal Recruiter to support our Beloit, WI branch
This is a full-time position in the office

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Competitive salary, plus commission

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive job orders and post them into the applicant tracking system
- Review resumes upon receipt and reach out to candidates
- Conduction in-person and phone interviews to determine if a candidate will be a good fit for a role
- Travel to client locations, local events, and local offices

- Asses job duties, and responsibilities, to determine was skills are needed to be successful in the role.
- Answer phone lines and respond to email inquiries

- Respond to workplace injuries/incidents
- Communicate directly with clients and internal staff
- Issue corrective action and terminations to employees
- Assist candidates with the onboarding process
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Spanish Bi lingual experience is preferred
