As a Recruiter you will:
- interview and screen job candidates
- recruit individuals with skill sets appropriate for your clients' needs
- reach out proactively to clients about potential employees
- learn about unemployment claims, workers' compensation claims, employment law and billing
- conduct culture tours
- meet with managers and supervisors in multiple departments to learn about their business and their daily challenges
- add value to current clients with additional Express solutions
- make outbound match making calls to existing and prospective companies to grow the business and place people in their next opportunity
- propose and provide solutions to problems
As a Recruiter, you will place job candidates with over 100 firms in our 5-county area every year and help hundreds of people find good jobs. You are expected to manage this desk as if it were your own business.
