Title: Recovery Coach I (Mental Health Caregiver) Job Duties: The Recovery Coach I (Mental Health Caregiver) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with clients, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. The Recovery Coach I (Mental Health Caregiver) is a critical part of the team to ensure proper care for our clients. Many Recovery Coach I (Mental Health Caregiver) go on to be promoted to Service Coordinator roles. Schedule: 1. Full-Time PM or NOC 2. On Call Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma/GED Minimum of two years of clinical experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting. In the absence of two years of experience, training may be substituted. This training will be based on, but not limited to, the in-service plan for 52 hours. Driving duties may be assigned, including the transportation of clients. Candidates must have a valid CA Driver's License and successfully pass a DMV driving history check. Our PHF program provides the structure and support needed to promote stabilization and foster recovery. Our goals are to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment, and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients and to provide a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
