Reconstruction Project Manager

Kustom US has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Reconstruction Project Manager in California. Position Type: Full Time; Mid-Level Office Location: 2372 Gold River Road, Gold River, CA 95670 Hourly Pay Range: $55,000-100,000; Negotiable, based on education & experience. Schedule: 40+hours a week Paid After Hours Calls: You will receive a monthly cell phone allowance to use your personal cell phone for emergency calls. If called, you must be available to act with reasonable time for travel. Core Responsibilities: Interact professionally and compassionately with property owners to establish expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Accept calls from the answering service after hours and dispatch technicians and updating notes, start dates, in our system. Initiate job progress by sourcing subcontractors & laborers, selecting and ordering materials with clients, and prioritizing projects. Plan, develop, and manage in-house crew members and subcontractors. Schedule and conduct inspections of each job site assigned as needed. Monitor budgets and transparently communicate with customers on variances as they occur. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be IICRC certified. 3-4 years of reconstruction/restoration experience (Fire, Water, Smoke, Mold) preferred. In depth knowledge and proficiency using Xactimate to estimate restoration projects. Experience with Third-Party Administrators (Alacrity, Lionsbridge, Contract Connection, etc.) a plus. DASH and Concur aptitude a plus. What We Offer: Employee Growth Plan-we promote from within.
