Kustom US is expanding our Seattle team to include a skilled Reconstruction Project Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and steering reconstruction projects from the initial stages through the successful completion, while ensuring our standard of excellence is preserved at all times. With a dedicated Project Accountant, team of Project Managers, Estimators, and subcontractors/tradesman at your disposal, you will receive the support you need to rise to the occasion. Position Type: Full Time, Mid-Level Salary Range: $70K-80K, Negotiable; depending on experience. Incentives: Eligible for commission based off Gross Profit Schedule: 40+ hours a week Paid Monthly On-Call: Twice a month, you will be scheduled in advance to be on-call for a week, with full use of a company vehicle, including a fuel card. You will be paid an on-call bonus in addition to any hours worked, including overtime. If called, you must be available to act with reasonable time for travel. Core Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers. Review and determine requirements for a project while crafting an initial plan, schedule, and conduct job walks. Identify subcontractors, create agreements, and confirm project start/completion dates. Create budgets in DASH and work orders aligned with the approved scope. Track job costs through the project and ensure collection of all deposits, draws and final payments. Provide direction to subcontractors as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required, advanced degree in a relevant field from an accredited university preferred. Proven experience in project management within construction/restoration. A network of efficient and reliable subcontractors highly preferred. Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team and client relations.
