RECONCILIATIONS SPECIALIST
Visible local organization is seeking support of a Reconciliations Specialist to assist with department reconciliations in preparation of year-end.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECONCILIATIONS SPECIALIST:
- The Reconciliations Specialist will focus on reconciling and identifying discrepancies:
- Reconcile banking statements and deposits, identify and correct issues
- Reconcile balance sheets, identify complex issues and correct, as needed
- Reconciliations will include comparing data from multiple sources with company database
- The Reconciliations Specialist will assist with posting journal entries
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE RECONCILIATIONS SPECIALIST:
- Reconciliations Specialist must have extensive experience with reconciliations
- General accounting experience sufficient to complete the tasks listed above
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Preferred candidate will have a keen eye for detail and disposition to work with others
