Job Description

Duties
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with colleagues regarding their Reasonable Accommodation requests. Maintain confidentiality.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must have multitasking skills to manage outbound calls while documenting information received and handling case tasks which may include sending letters to colleagues who have disengaged from the interactive process.
• Use of a case management system for all steps in the process is required, so prior use of case management software is recommended.
• ADA experience required
Experience
• Experience in administering reasonable accommodation requests and an understanding of ADA. Discretion in dealing with confidential information.
• HR-related experience a plus.
Required Qualifications:
• ADA experience
• 2+ years of experience in employee relations and/or human resources
Education
• High school / GED required
