Real Property Specialist with Security Clearance

Job Description Position Title: Real Property Specialist Reports To: The Customer and Program Manager Clearance Type: SECRET Work Location: St. Croix, VI Job Description: Advantage SCI is accepting applications for a Real Property Specialist to provide real property management services for a US government client. Responsibilities include planning and programming future real property development and documentation of existing real property Some travel may be required. Summary of duties include but not limited to: Managing real property and maintains property records. Managing the Facility Information Folders (FIF) for all client property assets. Performing inventories and inspections of real property assets in accordance with policies and regulations. Developing and recommending programs for the acquisition of leaseholds, easements, permits, land exchanges and licenses from both private landowners and government agencies. Researching and interpreting legal documents such as deeds and abstracts for titles. Participating in site selection surveys and assists in obtaining right of entry. Updating real property systems of record. Providing real property statistics and recommendations concerning the utilization, development and disposal programs of real property. Preparing and submitting required real property reports.
