Spherion is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a Law Firm in Naples, FL.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough title searches and examine property records to ensure clear title and identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, mortgages, and leases.
Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions to gather necessary information and documentation.
Prepare closing documents, including settlement statements, closing disclosures, and escrow instructions.
Facilitate communication between clients and attorneys, providing updates on transaction progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of real estate transactions.
Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with government agencies, such as deeds, affidavits, and property transfer documents.
Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and precedents to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy.
Maintain organized files and documentation related to each real estate transaction, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience working in a law firm or legal department specializing in real estate law.
Familiarity with real estate closing processes and documentation.
Proficiency in conducting title searches and using online research tools and databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and external parties.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
Knowledge of relevant real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Prior experience with real estate transaction management software.
Analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve legal issues effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands in a fast-paced environment.
