We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of real estate litigation matters, including property disputes, contract disputes, homeowners' association litigation, and commercial real estate issues. Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Representing clients in all aspects of real estate litigation, including property disputes, contract disputes, homeowners' association litigation, and commercial real estate issues.
2. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various real estate matters.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and deeds.
4. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
5. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
6. Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction.
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in real estate law and litigation.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Real Estate Litigation Attorney, you must have:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate litigation, with a focus on property disputes, contract disputes, homeowners' association litigation, and commercial real estate issues.
3. A license to practice law in the state of Florida.
4. Strong knowledge of condominium law and homeowners' association law.
5. Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
6. The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and to work under pressure.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
8. A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
9. A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically about legal issues.
