Job Details

We are seeking Special Counsel or Associates with classes ranging from 2019 to 2014 to join our Real Estate Department in either New York or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate must possess significant lender-side financing experience, with a preference for those with construction loan expertise (though not mandatory). Commitment to dedicating at least 60% of your time to lender-side work is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize extensive lender-side financing experience to provide strategic legal counsel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of real estate finance transactions.
  • Focus a substantial portion of your time on lender-side work, contributing to the growth of this key practice area.

Qualifications:

  • Law degree from an accredited institution.
  • Bar admission in either DC or NY.
  • Classes ranging from 2019 to 2014 with a focus on Real Estate Finance.
