RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Coordinate and maintain high volume scheduling for relevant meetings, events, appointments, etc 2.Manage emails efficiently, including flagging crucial messages for review. 3.Work closely with CEO to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and follow up as necessary 4.Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent scheduling and effective communication with relevant parties. 5.Take comprehensive meeting notes, ensure thorough follow-up, identify action items, and initiate next steps effectively. QUALIFICATIONS: 1.High attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and without errors. 2.Deadline driven and extremely organized 3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4.Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality 5.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities 6.Perform daily administrative management duties such as attending daily morning meetings, checking emails, following up on daily schedule 7.Problem-solving skills, capable of independently addressing and resolving issues. We work on diverse projects ranging from single resident homes in Beverly Hills to commercial properties all across Los Angeles (bars, apartments, etc).
