We are partnering with local Real Estate Brokers to create an Indie-Partner experience for your Brokerage or team to be able to leverage all of the Keller Williams systems, tools, and benefits while still staying true to your business. This has to be a win-win or no deal in order to partner with another local brokerage. This is a great opportunity for smaller brokerages or big teams to take their team(s) to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Continue to run your Brokerage and agents with additional Keller Williams systems, tools, and benefits

• Leverage Keller Williams to help your agents and brokerage grow

• Use and leverage Keller Williams training to push your agents to do more sales

• Perform all brokerage and agent duties as applicable

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate License

• A Brokers license is required

• If you are a producing team under a brokerage, we can explore team and the brokerage benefits

• Brokerage must meet production requirements

• Commission opportunity

• Brokerage and agents must be ethical and have good morals

• Real estate licenses are required for practicing real estate agents per state compliance

• Must live within driving distance of the office

• Must have working rights in the USA
