We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of real estate legal matters, including both residential and commercial properties. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be tasked with the following duties:

1. Provide comprehensive legal support for all real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
2. Review, draft, and negotiate various real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, deeds, easements, and other property-related documents.
3. Conduct legal research and provide advice on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
4. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to real estate matters.
5. Liaise with other attorneys, brokers, clients, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
6. Conduct due diligence to identify potential legal risks and devise mitigation strategies.
7. Keep abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations and advise the company accordingly.
8. Participate in business development efforts, including networking events and client meetings.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, with a strong focus on both residential and commercial properties.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents.
5. Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
6. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
