Real Estate Assistant/Marketing Coordinator

This entry-level job is in-person in the Downtown Portland office (hybrid/remote candidates need not apply). The ideal candidate will have project management experience, excellent creative acumen and attention to detail, take direction well, and be adept at learning new things including technologies. Responsibilities: Create marketing materials (graphic design or creative experience needed) Create and proofread marketing materials including property proposals, offering memoranda, digital and social media content and more Manage marketing campaigns including Constant Contact email, mail and postcard campaigns Provide high level administrative/executive support to a team located in Portland, OR Manage team's marketing and sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Planner, Salesforce, Excel and other tools Create call lists to support campaign engagement Create and manage follow-up lists to ensure all deliverables are completed in a timely fashion Research and manage property inventory and comparable properties Maintain highly organized electronic files including a list of outstanding items and provide support in collecting outstanding items Database entry and management (Salesforce experience a plus) Manage calendars and schedule meetings Provide excellent customer service Additional administrative duties as assigned Requirements: Experience in Adobe Creative or other creative platforms (training in Adobe can be provided for the right candidate) Highly proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word Excellent organization and marketing campaign management skills High attention to detail with ability to proofread and error check A leader in time management and ability to coordinate with others to complete work to schedule Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to produce high-quality detailed work in a timely fashion with little supervision Desire to lean and grow as well as master new computer programs as needed Professional, motivated and customer-service $26-$28 oriented Real estate knowledge or experience a plus Pay Rate - $26-$28/hour Our mission is to help our clients create and preserve wealth by providing the best real estate investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services available.
