The Agent Success Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the relationships between the brokerage and its network of real estate sales agents. The Coordinator will work closely with all departments to effectively provide sales agents with the tools needed to perform and succeed as a real estate agent. Responsibilities:
• Coordinates accurate and effective communication between all departments.
• Facilitate agent integration into the brokerage's culture and community.
• Act as a point of contact for sales agents, building rapport, and providing timely assistance when needed.
• Facilitates ongoing training for company tools and programs in conjunction with sales management and the education department.
• Deliver specified training programs to enhance agent engagement.
• Collaborate with sales management and education team to create resources, tools, and materials that aid agent performance and success.
• Stay up to date with program changes, aid in problem-solving and resolving program-related issues, as well as collaborating with software vendors.
• Develop and execute strategies to foster positive relationships with real estate agents, ensuring clear and consistent communication channels.
• Develop initiatives to improve agent engagement, addressing concerns, feedback, and suggestions.
• Provide guidance and support to agents, helping them navigate challenges, and offering solutions.
• Continual updates of departmental checklist for proper data entry.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. Qualifications: Required Education and Experiences:
• Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent. College degree preferred.
• One to three years of clerical or administrative experience. Required Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service focus, and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Google, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate various office machines.
• Ability to prepare and process routine administrative paperwork.
• Possess excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Must be detail-oriented and flexible.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $45,000 yearly
