WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Reading Interventionist (RI) will be responsible for providing targeted instruction within a scripted program to scholars in small groups based on lowest deficit skills. The RI will use student data to identify student gaps and work with teachers to determine the best course of action to help students succeed. The RI will be an integral part of the Academics Team at each campus to drive exceptional student achievement. DO YOU HAVE? Bachelor's degree from accredited University or College, Master's Degree preferred Valid Teaching License or seeking reciprocation if transferring out-of-state Experience working with a scripted intervention program (1 or 2) Proven experience in raising scholar achievement Understanding/previous experience with the MTSS process providing individual support for scholars AND ARE YOU? Able to demonstrate tenacity, persevering through significant challenges to reach goals Communicates across lines of differences and proactively creates inclusive environments Use data to solve problems
