This position will contain direct reports from the Bank Specialists and quality supervisor/engineers with the management of the quality department team for the site.
Intrinsic to the nature of a continuous improvement and quality role, this position will be interacting heavily in a cross-functional team environment to help lead strategic improvement to the site.
Within the site, this position will support the organization in achieving SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, and cost-competitiveness)
The effective application of the Regal Business system tools and methodologies, allows the plant to drive top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.
The Leader will help develop and implement long and short-term strategic plans to meet plants' targets to improve (TTI's), drive significant plant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) improvements while partnering closely with the site management teams, and supporting the application of the Regal Rexnord Business System (Bank) which includes 80/20 methodologies and continuous improvement.
The role will support the continuation of the Quality Management system through the ISO9001: 2015 certification standards aligned with the Bank methodologies.
