This is a fantastic opportunity for a Physician or Chiropractor with an unrestricted license in California, who also holds a current active radiology supervisor certificate issued by CDPH. Key Responsibilities Supervision and Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to radiology staff across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to departmental protocols and standards. Remote Supervision: Effectively manage and supervise radiology operations remotely, utilizing technology to monitor workflow, address issues, and provide support to staff as needed; available by telephone or email for consultation with the diagnostic radiologic technologists who perform radiographic procedures. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality radiology services. Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Planned site visits will be mutually scheduled for efficient use of supervisor time and travel costs. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for radiology staff to enhance skills, improve efficiency, and promote professional growth. Provide ongoing education on new procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about federal, state, and local regulations governing radiology practices and ensure compliance across all sites. Implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and minimize risks. Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently, including equipment, supplies, and staffing levels, to meet operational needs and budgetary constraints. All travel expenses will be reimbursed by Carbon Health for any company requested site inspections; scheduling will be done through mutual approval.
