The Radiology technologist performs a variety of radiology tests, procedures, and related duties and operates associated diagnostic equipment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Student technologists approved based on recommendation from accredited radiology program director. Registered ARRT preferred. Student technologists approved based on recommendation from accredited radiology program director.
