Job Duties:
Conduct a variety of radiological examinations and observations of patients under the prescriptions and sometimes personal direction of a radiologist, roentgenologist, or other physician.
Read and interpret requests and instructions of physicians concerning radiological examination procedures to determine necessary procedures.
Assist radiologists or physicians in developing clinical information through radiological examinations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and procedures during radiological procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of radiological procedures performed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
Preferred Skills:
Licensed Radiologic Technologist issued by the NY State.
Proficiency in professional medical attire/scrubs.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing radiological procedures.
Willingness to participate in on-site training for facility-based needs.
Misc. Information:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Total hours for the role are 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
Facility follows NY State guidelines regarding COVID-19 vaccination requirements and policies for temporary staff.

Interviews will be conducted in person at the facility.
