Up to $20,000.00 in Hiring Incentives. This position qualifies for student loan repayment of up to $15,000, or a hiring bonus of up to $7,500, plus $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates Part-time 32 hours every two weeks This position rotates to both the CentraCare Sartell Clinic and CentraCare Southway Clinic locations. New grads and experienced technologists are both encouraged to apply. Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to prepare, perform, and understand all Imaging Department exams to include x-rays, EKGs, and spirometry. Other exams: pulse oximetry testing (including Home O2 evaluation and overnight oximetry), holter monitoring, 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, mammography, bone densitometry testing, hearing tests, and bladder scans will be performed as needed per site. The radiographer must also participate with all other daily tasks in the department and work and communicate with other staff to maintain flow and efficiency throughout the clinic. The radiographer establishes a philosophy of patient and family centered care into the staff, operations, and patient care practices. Qualifications: Must have successfully completed formal training in Radiologic Technology at an accredited school. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered among hire within 90 Days. Mammography certification if performing mammograms among employment within 1 Year. Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider Card per established policy. Bone Densitometry certification may be required if performing DEXA. NIOSH Certification among hire within 1 Year. To be eligible for recruitment incentives you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Bonus amounts may differ based on full time and part time status. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles of any of those locations any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work.
