Founded in 2022, AO Racing has swiftly risen to prominence in the world of professional sports car racing. The team has a global footprint, with strong efforts in IMSA, The World Endurance Championship, & The European Le Mans Series. We have currently expanded 2024 IMSA team to field a 2 car Porsche GTD (Rexy) and Oreca LMP2 (Spike) program.

- Can represent our team with flair and. Whether on or off-track, you'll charm our sponsors and their guests, answering their questions during tours and events and leaving a lasting impression.
What You'll Do:
- Travel with the team to races and tests, ensuring the proper functioning of the race car for successful on-track performance.
- Assist in planning for build schedules and service intervals, effectively communicating build plans to mechanics.
- Become a rule book guru, maintaining a thorough understanding of technical specifications, event procedures, and pit lane rules outlined in the rule book.
- Can keep it looking sharp. Maintaining a professional and clean appearance for our race cars and equipment will be your mission, both in our cutting-edge shop and at the track.
- Track inventory, including parts count, current service status, and necessary updates.
- Loading up for the ride. You'll ensure all required equipment, spare parts, and car options are properly and safely loaded onto our transporter, ready for action.
- Meet specified deadlines for race car preparation while consistently delivering a high-quality product.
- Leave no details behind. Maintain accurate records of post-event teardown and event-related information.
- Safely operate equipment according to recommended safety specifications, utilizing all necessary protective gear.
- Go over the wall in order to service the car during Pit Stops.
- Participate in a workout program designed to maintain physical strength and endurance at a professional level.
- Teamwork makes the dream work. You'll lend a helping hand to your fellow team members, ensuring a seamless flow of tasks and keeping the racing machine running smoothly.
What you'll need:
- Desire to learn and excel in the racing industry.
- General understanding of mechanical components, electronics, and structural framework of race cars or similar high performance machines in automotive or aviation fields
- Communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to all team members.
- Ability to concentrate on detailed work for extended periods, many times under stressful parameters.
- Ability to work in an environment with hazardous chemicals and fumes, with a demonstrated understanding of emergency safety procedures and proper usage of safety equipment.
