R&D Operations Lead with Security Clearance

Role Description: Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the operational aspects of R&D projects Implement and improve processes to enhance project efficiency Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project success Drive business development efforts related to R&D projects Ensure compliance with CMMI Dev standards and best practices Provide mentorship and guidance to team members Qualifications : Clearance: Secret Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, Masters is preferred. Certifications: Security+ and/or equivalent Experience: 10+ years of experience in Research & Development operations Strong project management/principal investigator skills Proficiency in software development Experience with CMMIDev standards Excellent communication and leadership abilities Good verbal and written communication skills Benefits at Sentar: In addition to a great culture, Sentar offers a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families.
