Our global SaaS client is looking for a contract Qualtrics Specialist. This is a fully remote role.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Qualtrics Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Qualtrics accounts, Voice of Customer (VoC), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives through strategic and analytical approaches. As a Qualtrics Consultant, you will be responsible for managing various tasks and projects related to Qualtrics, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and serving as a brand admin for Qualtrics.

Contract Duration: 5-Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Qualtrics Certificates, Research, Economics, or related field of study.
  • 3+ years of experience with Qualtrics, including research suite, survey development, survey flow creation, data importing and exporting, design dashboard, and report.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH).
  • Experience using data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional global teams, communicate effectively with colleagues in both business and technical roles, and develop scalable processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, time management abilities, accuracy, and a passion for effective communication (both verbal and written English).
  • Self-directed with an exceptional work ethic, and flexible in accommodating US and European work hours.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Manage all Qualtrics-related tasks and projects, including survey programming, directory management, survey distribution, dashboard development, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to oversee their Qualtrics projects and offer technical consultation.
  • Serve as the Qualtrics brand admin, overseeing users' accounts and overall Qualtrics usage.
