Apex Systems is seeking a Quality Technician for one of our Food clients located near Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

•  Perform testing in samples (pH, viscosity, wet chemistry,Microbiology etc.)
•  Review results and communicate issues.
•  Maintain records, logs and notebooks.
•  Order supplies and maintain inventory.
•  Sensory is required
Requirements:

•  Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Food Science, or science related field.
•  Weekends are required
