The current opening is for a Quality Technician. Main duties include:
Improve product quality and conformance to customer expectations
Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Increase material flow and reduce bottlenecks
Alert quality leadership to non-conformances
Participate in continuous improvement activities in the facility
Collect data for product and process quality improvement
Qualifications for the Quality Technician include:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar function
Prior work experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
Knowledge of Oracle and/or Tableau a plus
Highly analytical, strong problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
