Our company, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Quality Supervisor. This is a dynamic role for a professional looking to contribute to a vital part of our operations and ensure the highest quality of our products. With a focus on meat manufacturing, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, leading a team, and ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing and a passion for quality control.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Quality Supervisor, your main duties will include:

1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the quality control team to ensure product quality and reliability.
2. Implementing and managing quality control programs and safety measures.
3. Collaborating with other departments to establish quality standards and develop quality control processes.
4. Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
5. Training and mentoring quality control staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Identifying and resolving quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
7. Providing technical and leadership support in process development and improvement activities.
8. Generating and presenting regular reports on quality control performance.
9. Ensuring that all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within meat manufacturing.
2. Proven experience in quality control within the manufacturing industry.
3. Exceptional supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and industry regulations.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
7. A results-driven approach, with the ability to meet quality objectives and deadlines.
8. Proficiency in using quality control software and other relevant tools.
9. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
