Boeing is currently looking for two Quality Production Specialists to join their team in Jacksonville, FL. These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Derivative Programs (BGS) at the BJAX site . This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. A successful candidate will understand the importance of a strong Quality Management System. Have experience working in AS9100. The candidate will have strong technical background in Avionics, structures and/or General Mechanics and the ability to interpret blueprints and Aircraft Maintenance manuals. Position Responsibilities: Assists with review and validation of product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements. Supports analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes. Participates in the investigation to determine root cause of nonconformance of plans. Ability to apply basic knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems. Gathers data and provides recommendations/solutions to nonconformance of plans, products or processes. Assists with the development, modification and documentation of actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive action. Assists in obtaining corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes and submits for review. Supports concurrence and obtains commitments to support program resolution. Participates and observes the validation associated with corrective action to assure nonconformance has been eliminated. Verifies internal replication systems adhere to Company and regulatory standards and procedures. Conducts audits to ensure media is stored and handled per engineering defined requirements. Assists in the creation of reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal distribution. Works under general supervision. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS)
1+ years of experience in operation/inspection
3+ years of experience with data mining, processing and analysis
3+ years of experience analyzing/interpreting large volumes of data and presenting your findings to others
3+ years of experience working with and/or interpreting engineering data or engineering drawings Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS)
3+ years of experience in operation/inspection
5+ years of experience with data mining, processing and analysis

Bachelor's degree or higher FAA Airframe and Power-plant license Typical Education & Experience: Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.). Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 year's related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense .
