Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections and quality tests for the products.
2. Monitor, identify, and report any potential quality issues in the production process.
3. Check manufacturing records for accuracy and consistency, ensuring all quality standards and regulations are met.
4. Carry out administrative quality functions such as maintaining inspection records, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments for quality-related issues.
5. Make routine trips to contract manufacturers to inspect the quality of goods and ensure compliance with our quality standards.
6. Collaborate with the production team to implement quality control measures and improvements.
7. Provide feedback and recommendations on quality control processes and procedures.
8. Ensure that the final product meets the company's quality standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Must have food / nutritional experience candidates without this experience will not be considered
2. Proven experience in administrative quality functions and checking manufacturing records.
3. Familiarity with quality inspection tools and procedures.
4. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Willingness to make routine trips to contract manufacturers for quality inspections.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
