If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Quality Manager to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the quality systems of our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Quality Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and improving our quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
2. Leading internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
3. Implementing and managing the APQP PPAP processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
4. Overseeing the plastics manufacturing and injection molding processes to ensure high-quality output.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
6. Developing and implementing quality training programs for employees.
7. Investigating and resolving quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
8. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
9. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Quality Manager position will have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience as an Internal Auditor.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and experience with their implementation.
4. Experience with APQP PPAP processes.
5. Experience in plastics manufacturing and injection molding.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field is preferred.
