Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for quality and food safety? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager for our Food Manufacturing unit. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our food products meet the company and regulatory standards of quality, food safety, and production efficiency. This role will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for superior quality food products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in the food manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality and food safety programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage the site's PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual), SQF (Safe Quality Food), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) programs.
• Oversee CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Implement and manage the Environmental Monitoring Program to ensure the safety and quality of the food manufacturing environment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiencies and improvements in the quality system.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and audits.
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards, food safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives and ensure the production of high-quality food products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Manager role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Certified in PCQI, SQF, HACCP, and GMP.
• Proven experience with CAPA and Environmental Monitoring.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to stay updated with advancements in the field and adapt to new technologies and methods.
• Must be proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
