Quality Manager

Responsible for all aspects of quality systems and staff, QMS conformation to AS9100 standards, internal and external audits, process optimization, cost reductions and continuous improvement. Must have experience with ISO, control plans, capability studies, statistical process control, production part approval process and first article inspection. Must have outstanding communication, analytical, customer service and problem-solving skills. Bachelors degree with a strong quality background and a minimum of seven years experience as a quality manager or supervisor is required. Experience with rubber or plastics is strongly preferred.
