Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Manager who has experience within Quality Assurance of the food manufacturing industry. You will work Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the Quality Assurance, Research, Development, and Sanitation Departments
Working on the floor you will monitor, document, and verify CCPs throughout food production
Monitor and report all information pertinent to FDA, USDA, FSMA, and HACCP regulations
Respond to and trend customer complaints
Develop and manage internal audit programs and procedures
Ensure proper sanitation and chemical use throughout the operation
Oversee product labeling compliance according to FDA, food allergen, and environmental monitoring controls
Conduct all food safety training
Perform other duties as assigned
