This position is located at PT Tech and Torsion Control Products, a Timken subsidiary located in Wadsworth and Seville, Ohio. Responsibilities:
•   Enabling and disabling the inspection demands for incoming products
•   Performing dimensional, geometric, and cosmetic quality inspections with coordinate measuring systems, basic hand gauges, and ascertaining compliance to stated specifications
•   Managing nonconformance discoveries and follow established processes for segregation, quarantine, reaction plan and final disposition
•   Monitoring Supplier complaints and corrective actions to reduce NCMs and improve the PT Tech Business Quality Management System with SQD Process
•   Improving the effectiveness of our processes and quality objectives
•   Creating, maintaining, and publishing Quality metrics and statistics to team conducting supplier evaluations
•   Performing Internal QMS Audits as a qualified AuditorQualifications:Associates degreeProficient in Microsoft and SAP 3 - 5 years' experience with inspection or quality auditingFamiliar with measurement softwareAbility to read and understand technical drawings and engineering specificationsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
