Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturer out of Michigan who is looking for a controls engineer out of our Benton Harbor, MI plant to continue pushing our manufacturing/engineering department to the standard of excellence that we are accustomed to.
As a quality engineer on our team, you will be responsible for the adherence to quality standards and procedures and will have the power to hold any products or processes that are not conforming. You will also maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and establish, monitor, and executive required product testing.

Job DetailsMUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of quality engineering/QA within the industrial manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Automotive industry experience in a STRONG preference
- If no automotive experience, plastics manufacturing experience is also applicable
- lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
