Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Quality Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of our operational processes and outputs. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about ensuring excellence across all facets of production and product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quality standards, inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products.
  • Develop and manage quality control systems.
  • Analyze quality performance and collaborate with team managers to enforce quality measures.
  • Investigate product or production issues, developing effective corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead quality assurance teams, providing training on systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform gauge R & R's, oversee inspection and testing to confirm product conformance.
  • Manage document control systems in alignment with ISO standards.
  • Facilitate 8D problem-solving teams from inception through to production.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory electrical engineering background.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or related roles.
  • Proficient in monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/ VDA6.3 and AIAG Core Tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally, as required.
