- Bachelor degree or higher from accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent.
- Experience in the Metal Forming or Metal stamping industry.
- Background in AS9102
- Works with Operations and Quality in Lean Manufacturing.
- Aerospace, automotive, and medical quality standards, hands on inspection experience.
