Job Duties - Quality control of raw material, in-process and finished product samples to ensure product meets the given specifications.
- Create product labels and production documentation.
- Report results to Customers/Quality Assurance Management/Production Department.
- Serve as an active participant in Plant Safety Committee.
- Microsoft office proficient (Access, Excel, Outlook).
- Generate and keep accurate records and certificates of analysis.
- Maintain raw material, production and quality assurance for material traceability.
Skills - Knowledge of good laboratory practices, sampling procedures and recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with dry and wet sieve analysis, dry and wet density and wet batch mixing is desired.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and learn/preform tests accurately.
- Maintain a safety-first attitude, especially in the laboratory and while in the production department.
