Quality Compliance Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure, review, and document all necessary paperwork as relates to quality compliance within the company.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other business units to ensure overall compliance including other areas of compliance.
• Participate in all GMP Audits.
• Participate in all internal audits and related activities including CAPAs, RCAs, and Glass brittle plastic audits.
• Assist and participate in all customer audits along with pre-visit audits, and post-audit follow-up.
• Ensure all customer specifications are being met for compliance in collaboration with the Compliance Manager.
• Maintain an active presence on the production floor/in the quality labs.
• Assist other areas of the quality department along with communicating in the reporting of food safety issues and initiating corrective action.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• An associate degree or higher is preferred. Will accept experience instead of a degree.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Food and/or Beverage manufacturing - highly preferred.
