Quality Assurance Representative with Security Clearance

The US Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory, in Natick MA, has three Major Repair projects currently in construction. The Quality Assurance Representative will attend meetings, perform onsite project monitoring, and ensure contractual requirements are met. Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for the effective review of oversight of the construction projects to ensure the "Owners" requirements for quality and timeliness are achieved. The Quality Assurance Representative will advise the Facility Manager of all issues that require his action or the action of senior leaders and keep them abreast of project progress through weekly reports. Key areas of focus are the review of documentation to ensure that required documentation is complete and usable for the maintenance and operations of the facility once the project is turned over to the Command and general QA. The Quality Assurance Representative must have a general knowledge of what the Uniform Facility Criteria (UFC's) Federal Building Code requirements are. Monitor contractor personnel and report construction progress to the Facility Manager. Generate weekly reports. An individual with a clearance is preferred as this can bypass the background screening process. Contract comes up for renew in September 2024.
