JOB PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the PCC Associate Director for Compliance, the Quality Assurance & PSA (Prevention of Sexual Abuse) Manager assures the quality of all PCC compliance efforts by providing on-the-ground support for policy implementation
This requires familiarity with all PCC SOPs and the ability to operationalize tracking and compliance methodologies to assure that policy is implemented and revised as operational necessity requires.
