Now Hiring: Full-Time Quality Assurance Nurse (RN) Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: - Audit resident records, care plans, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on best practices in resident care.
- Conduct assessments of staff competency and provide education and training as needed to maintain high-quality care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and safety.
- Participate in the development and revision of policies, procedures, and protocols in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Investigate incidents, report findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and standards, and ensure that the organization remains compliant.
- Participate in the development and delivery of quality assurance training programs for staff.
Qualifications: - Long Term Care experience Required
- Experience in quality assurance, performance improvement preferred
- Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data analysis and reporting tools.
License: - Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
