Role: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN Remote

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

Conduct procedures to ensure that all IT systems, products, and services meet minimum Work closely with the applications development team during software development, to in Administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

Thorough knowledge of agency IT/business systems.

Thorough knowledge of applicable federal/state/local rules, regulations, statutes, and pro Thorough knowledge of QA testing and reporting procedures and practices.

Extensive knowledge of applications development, operations/technical support, and app Ability to identify and resolve problems or assist in the development of creative solutions Effective communication skills.
