Job Purpose

Quality Analyst with the core role and responsibility to assure quality products to our final customer / customer plants through suspect product containment and repair activity.

Key Accountabilities

•Lead and Investigate quality defects to determine suspect range and confirm containment actions
•Collect and analyze data related to AEP manufacturing/supplier quality concerns
•Negotiate containment activity within AEP mfg areas and customer facilities
•Perform functional analysis on engine assemblies; properly repair any concern items
•Perform measurement analysis on engine components
•Perform gauge calibrations

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

•  Associates degree in a technical field or 4 years equivalent experience
•  0-4 Years of experience in a quality related role
•  Positive Attitude, open minded and team player
•  Ability to review technical data and make timely decisions based to contain suspect product
•  Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and decision making
•  Strong self-motivation and desire to work in a manufacturing environment
