QUALIFIED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL (QMHP) - Full-Time - Greenwood Care, Evanston, IL

Greenwood Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, IL, has an Immediate Opening for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).

This is a Full-Time position with a 8a - 4:30p Schedule. Hours May Vary.

Up to $29.00 per hour.(Depending upon which benefit plan selected)

Responsibilities of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):

Conduct intake interviews
Collaborate with clinical team in development and implementation of a service/treatment plan
May lead consumers in recreational, educational, and/or treatment activities
Maintain all consumer documentation
Manage a caseload of up to 30 cases
Attend clinical team meetings as required

Requirements:

of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):

Master's level degree in human services related major
Employment experience in the field of mental health
Experience in a Long-Term Care facility
