QE Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QE Lead to join our team. As a QE Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality engineering process and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical expertise in quantum engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality engineering team, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures
- Define and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications and systems
- Identify and report defects, issues, and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality engineering process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quantum engineering

Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in quantum engineering
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
