This position is part of the Quality Control Department located in Fargo, ND and will be onsite working a first shift position. You will be a part of the Quality Control team and report to the QC Microbiology Lab Supervisor. The Analyst I QC GMP role is responsible for performing various QC assays and sampling to support manufacturing, validation, process development and stability studies in a GMP laboratory environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Perform advanced assays and sterility testing requiring precise analytical skills and understanding of biological and chemical principles. Analyze, interpret, and report test results on the internal Database system. Identify Out of Specification results and initiate OOS Investigation, perform Root Cause Analysis, Develop Hypotheses testing plan and complete OOS investigations. The essential requirements of the job include: Experience working in a laboratory environment preferred Bachelor's degree in scientific related field required Knowledge of basic laboratory practices and QC Assays, as well as aseptic experience.
