Purchasing Analyst

1. Work under the direct supervision of the Purchasing Manager and report to the Purchasing Manager on a daily basis.
2. Develop purchasing plan to procure best price, terms of payment, purchase conditions, and delivery time in coordination with restaurant managers.
3. Analyze purchasing data to develop the most cost-efficient order quantity based on prices and delivery efficiency/accuracy.
4. Streamline the purchasing process and monitor purchase orders to develop purchasing SOP.
5. Collect and analyze purchasing information, listing data and verify specifications of purchase requests.
6. Participate in conducting annual or semiannual purchase and inventory review.
